LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Perihan Batit has applied to the Licensing Authority of: Harlow Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Harlow Express Off-licence at: 3 The Rows, Harlow, CM20 1BX for the licensable activities: the sale by retail of alcoholthe premises from 07:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at: Harlow Borough Council Licensing Team, Harlow Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, CM20 1WG. Representations can be emailed to: licensing@harlow.gov.uk or posted to: Harlow Borough Council. Licensing Team, Harlow Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, CM20 1WG by: 17/06/2022. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application. Persons will be liable, upon summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
