PROPOSED TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Cortis Road/ Crestway/ Solna Avenue & Westleigh Avenue SW15 & College Gardens / St. Catherine's Close Junction SW17

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

- The Wandsworth (Putney) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 20"

- The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. *") Order 20";

- The Wandsworth (Prescribed Route) (No. ") Order 20"

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce the traffic management measures detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting reference W/ECS/ TM01912) within 21 days of the date of this Notice

SCHEDULE

To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") n lengths of Cortis Road;

To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") n lengths of Crestway.

In Solna Avenue to introduce the following measures:-
a) Prohibit motor vehicles travelling in Solna Avenue between No. 3 Solna Avenue and Westleigh Avenue from proceeding at any time in any direction other than from north to south.

b) Prohibit motor vehicles entering south-eastern arm of Solna Avenue from Westleigh Avenue.

c) Prohibit motor vehicles travelling in the south-western arm of Solna Avenue between Westleigh Avenue and the fork on Solna Avenue from proceeding at any time in any direction other than from south to north.

d) Convert 5m of the westernmost of the existing CPZ (Zone A3, AO) / Pay & Display parking bay outside Nos. 63 to 125 Westleigh Avenue to single yellow line no waiting restriction.

e) Covert 5m of the easternmost of the existing COZ (Zone A3, AO) / Pay & Display parking bay outside Nos. 86 to 88 Westleigh Avenue to single yellow line no waiting restriction.

f) Covert 5m of the easternmost of the existing COZ (Zone A3, AO) / Pay & Display parking bay outside Nos. 104 to 106 Westleigh Avenue to single yellow line no waiting restriction.

In St. Catherine's Close, to introduce

a) Double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") from the common boundary wall of No. 11 College Gardens and No. 1 St. Catherine's Close to a point 7m northeast of the north-eastern kerb line of St. Catherine's Close.

b) Double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") from a point on St. Catherine's Close opposite the common boundary wall of No. 11 College Gardens and No. 1 St. Catherine's Close to a point 7m west of the western kerb line of St. Catherine's Close.

In Westleigh Avenue, to introduce

a) On the northern side of Westleigh Avenue, convert the first 5m of the westernmost of the CPZ / Pay & Display parking just east of the junction with Genoe Avenue to a single yellow line.

b) On the southern side of Westleigh Avenue, convert the first 4m of the westernmost of the CPZ / Pay & Display parking just east of the junction with Genoe Avenue to a single yellow line.
