ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 25th May 2022 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when they come into operation on 30th May 2022 will introduce various changes to the waiting or parking restrictions in part or parts of the roads identified:

Modifications
Some changes to the orders as originally proposed and advertised on 25th February 2022 are as follows:-
Brighton & Hove Outer Areas (Waiting, Loading and Parking) and Cycle Lanes Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment Order No.6 2022
- Proposed Loading Bay in Hollingdean Terrace -This has been withdrawn from the order.
- Proposed relocation of Loading Bay in Lewes Road - This has been withdrawn from the order.

BRIGHTON & HOVE SEAFRONT (VARIOUS RESTRICTIONS) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.3 2022 (REF: TRO-7C-2022)
SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS:
Pay & Display Parking Places - Monday to Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm - Amend in:- Kings Road (Brunswick Terrace) and Remove from:-Marine Parade
Loading Only 24 hours of any day - 30 minutes (No return within 1 hour) - Amend in:- Marine Parade
Taxi Rank At Any Time - Amend in:- Marine Parade
A copy of this Notice, the Orders as made and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders may be seen online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/current-tros .
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
