NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

THE OXFORD CITY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH No 320/111/20 UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD OLD ROAD CAMPUS, ROOSEVELT DRIVE, HEADINGTON, OXFORD) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2022

The above order was made on Wednesday 25 May 2022. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath from Roosevelt Drive, Oxford as shown on the map in the Order by a bold black line from Roosevelt Drive Oxford commencing at Ordnance Survey grid reference SP 063437 541645 (point A on the map) then in a generally north­easterly direction for 64 metres to SP 063625 542284 (point B on the map), and to create an alternative footpath, as shown on the map in the Order by a broken black line, having a width of 2 metres and a resin bound surface or similar, from Roosevelt Drive Oxford commencing at Ordnance Survey grid reference SP 063437 541645 (point A on the map), then in a north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 10 metres to SP 063471 541723 (point C), then in north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 35 metres to SP 063650 541981 (point D), then in north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 25 metres to SP 063715 542205 (point E)) and then in south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 15 metres to
SP 063625 542284 (point B).

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Ms Sarah Orchard, Planning Services, Oxford City Council, St. Aldate's Chambers, 109-113 St. Aldate's, Oxford OX1 1DS or by email to

not later than 30 June 2022. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxford City Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
