NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Signature Brew Ltd has applied to London Borough of Waltham Forest on 23 May 2022 to vary the premises licence at Signature Brew, Unit 15a Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow, London, E17 5QJ so as to vary the plans appended to the licence to include the newly constructed bar and rooftop terrace with kitchen, subject to the existing permitted hours and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Waltham Forest Licensing Section, Resident Services, 3 The Square, Leyton, London, E10 5NR to be received by no later than 20 June 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www. walthamforest.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
