ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE OAKMEAD GARDENS FOOTWAY HA8

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate a site compound, they intend to make an Order which will close Oakmead Gardens footway HA8 between No. 24 Oakmead Gardens and a point 20 metres north of that point, while the works take place.
The works will commence on Friday 3rd May 2022 at 8.00am and is expected to last for 75 days.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
