National Highways Company Limited hereby gives notice in accordance with the Special Roads (Notice of Opening) Regulations 1992 that, for the purposes of section 17(5) and all other relevant provisions of the above Act, 9th June 2022 will be the date on which the lengths of special road described in the following Schedule are open for use as special roads.

THE SCHEDULE
Four new slip roads to connect the M11 Motorway with a new dumbbell roundabout and overbridge approximately 6km north of existing Junction 7, to the north of Moor Hall Road/Matching Road crossing and to the south of Sheering Village in the Parish of Matching, in the District Authority area of Epping Forest to link with the extended and improved local road leading to the B183 as follows: A route from the northbound carriageway of the M11 Motorway to the western roundabout of the new dumbbell roundabout.
A route from the eastern roundabout of the new dumbbell roundabout to the southbound carriageway of the M11 Motorway.
A route from the western roundabout of the new dumbbell roundabout to the southbound carriageway of the M11 Motorway; and
A route from the southbound carriageway of the M11 Motorway to the eastern roundabout of the new dumbbell roundabout.

(Margherita Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Left-Hand Turn) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close the left hand turn of Margherita Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from Margherita Road into Honey Lane a distance of approximately 15m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th June 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD5G2H2RB -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance on footway works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route available.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Tysea Hill, Stapleford Abbotts & Horseman Side, Navestock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tysea Hill, Stapleford Abbotts & Horseman Side, Navestock in the District of Epping Forest and Borough of Brentwood, from the junction with Murthering Lane to the junction with Goatswood Lane a distance of approximately 870m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th June 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2325985 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Goatswood Lane, Church Road, Noak Hill Road, Broxhill Road, Orange Tree Hill, North Road, Oak Hill Road, Tysea Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Abbess Road, Little Laver/ Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Abbess Road, Little Laver/Beauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 730m northeast of the junction with Little Laver Road for a distance of approximately 185m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st June 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX060291910303 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Abbess Road, School Lane, Green Hill Road, Anchor Lane, Potash Road, Watery Lane, Little Laver Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmers Grove for a distance of approximately 30m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30043978328 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Palmers Grove and vice versa.

(Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 80m northwest of its junction with Clovis Close for a distance of approximately 100m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th June 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC1170000000000167464L2C -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Lippitts Hill, Church Road, Mottt Street and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount End Road, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 300m northeast of its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th June 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06047027/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Weald Hall Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Brookfield for a distance of approximately 45m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX044291774702 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial works are undertaken by Affinity Water No alternative route is available.

(Gilden Way, Harlow) (Fun Run Special Event) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the following length of road in the Town of Harlow as specified below.
Road Description
Gilden Way From the junction with London Road Roundabout to the junction with Campions Roundabout.
(London Road Roundabout to remain open to traffic for the duration of the event)
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 09/06/2022 between the hours of 18:00hrs and 21:00hrs or where appropriate signs are showing, and weather permitting and are required for the safety of the public whilst the Fun Run special event takes place. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into operation on the 9 June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until all the events have taken place, whichever is the earlier.
