(U45028 Farm Lane, South Littleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made:
To close that part of U45028 Farm Lane from its junction with B4085 Main Street to its junction with C2009 Shinehill Lane.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2009 Blacksmiths Lane, B4085 Main Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 30 May 2022.

(B4082 Upton Snodsbury Road, Pinvin)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2022 Order made:
to close that part of B4082 Upton Snodsbury Road from its junction with A44 Abbey View Road to its junction with A422 Worcester Road.
Reason: New Customer Connection by Western Power Distribution
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A44 Allens Hill, A44 Worcester Road, A44 Evesham Road Egdon to Stonebow Road, A44 Evesham Road, A422 Alcester Road, A422 Broughton Hackett to Upton Snodsbury, A422 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 30 May 2022.

(C2008 Back Lane To Pershore Road, Great Comberton) (Temporary Closure)
Order 2022

Proposed Order:
to close that part of C2008 Back Lane To Pershore Road from its junction with B4080 Tewkesbury Road to its junction with C2007 Main Road. Reason: Repairs to carriageway by Seven Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4080 Tewkesbury Road, B4080 Pershore Road, B4080 Eckington Road, A4104 Defford Road, B4536 Broad Street, B4084 Bridge Street, C2007 Pensham Hill, C2007 Goodleigh Hill, C2007 Main Road, C2007 Great Comberton to Little Comberton, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 20 June 2022.

(C2263 Ab Lench Road, South Lenches) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order:
to close that part of C2263 Ab Lench Road from its junction with U43605 Abbots Lench Lane for a distance of 165 metres in a south easterly direction.
Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2022 The Green, C2011 Low Road, C2263 Main Street, C2263 Ab Lench Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 20 June 2022.

(A44 Fish Hill, Broadway) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022


Proposed Order:
to close that part of A44 Fish Hill from its junction with U45401Farncombe Drive to its junction with C2299 Fish Hill.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A44 Broadway Pass, A44 Evesham Road, A44 Pitchers Hill, A44 Longdon Hill, A44 Broadway Road, A46 Evesham bypass, B4035 Badsey Road, B4035 Bretforton Road, B4035 Main Street, B4035 Weston Road, B4035 (Gloucestershire), B4632 (Gloucestershire), B4035 Aston Road (Gloucestershire), Kingcomb Lane (Gloucestershire), The Narrows (Gloucestershire), Buckle Street (Gloucestershire), A44 Fish Hill (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night during the period of 14 nights (19:00-06:00) Commencing: 21 June 2022 and is expected to take place on 28 June 2022.

(District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting on Main Street, Bretforton]


Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of roads in Bretforton:-

Main Street (Southwest side):
from its junction with Bridge Street for a distance of 72 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(Footpaths AL-500(part) and AL-505, Adlington) (Temporary Closure)
Order 2022

Proposed Order:
to close a) Footpath AL-500(part) between its junction with Footpath OF-517 and OSGR SP 0543 4515 (Mill Road) and b) Footpath AL-505 for its entire length.
The Order has been made to allow installation of a new sewer main from the Blackminster Treatment works to the River Avon.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: for a) Footpath AL-500(part) along Footpaths OF-517, OF-519, U45206 Laurels Lane, Footpath OF-520, B4510 Offenham Road, U44562, Footpaths AL-504, AL-503, AL-501, A46, AL-505 and vice versa and for b) Footpath AL-505 along U45238 Chapel Lane, U45237 Mill Lane, C2265 Main Street/Pitwell Lane, B4510
Offenham Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 20 June 2022.
