Any Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named late of 5 Lansdowne Gardens, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 8FN, who died on the 3rd January 2013 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned before 15 December 2013, after which date the Executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
