NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENSE

Take notice that Deli and Fizz Limited has made an application to Maldon District Council for a new Premises License, in respect to four adjoining units within The Kings Head Centre, 38 High-street Maldon, Essex, CM9 5PN for the following licensable activities:
Live Music Fri - 12:00hrs 23:00hrs, Live Music Sat - 12:00hrs 23:00hrs, Live Music Sun 12:00hrs 23:00hrs,
Playing of Recorded Music Mon Sun 09:00hrs 23:00hrs,
Sale of Alcohol Mon - Sun 10:00hrs 23:00hrs, Proposed opening hours Monday Sunday 08:00hrs 23:00hrs.

Interested parties may view the register of the Licensing Authority during opening hours at Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL or by contacting the licensing authority on 01245 606727. Any person or responsible authority wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the above address by Wednesday 21st June 2022. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction or a fine, maximum fine for which is £5,000.
