Notice is given that Wencan Gao & Linlin Xing has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; Li's Chinese Takeaway, 210 Ashley Road, Poole, Dorset, BH14 9BY.

The proposed licensable activities are: Supplying Alcohol in the above premises Mon - Sat: 17:00 -23:00, Sun: 17:00 - 22:30

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
