NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The East Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Council by Sections 1 and 7 of the Roads Scotland Act 1984, Section 120 and 121 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) and all other enabling powers, propose to designate the recently constructed Left in Left out (LiLo) junction from the eastbound carriageway of the A726 Glasgow Southern Orbital (GSO) leading towards Maidenhill as a protected road.
