Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting on Church Road, Astwood Bank Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Church Road (North west side): From its junction with Popes Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(Built-Up Areas) No. 1 Order 1947 (Variation) The County of Worcester (Restricted Roads) No. 2 Order 1970 (Revocation) and (Hollywood Lane, Lea Green Lane, Truemans Heath Lane, Station Road and Norton Lane Wythall) (30 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
On 12 May 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Wythall to 30 miles per hour:
Hollywood Lane and Lea Green Lane from the junction with Alcester Road to the
junction with Station Road and Norton Lane; Truemans Heath Lane from its junction with Hollywood Lane for 375m in an easterly direction; Station Road and Norton
Lane from the county boundary to the junction with A435. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 2 June 2022.

(C2044 Icknield Street, Beoley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: To close that part of C2044 Icknield Street from its junction with B4101 Church Hill to its junction with C2044 Lilley Green Road.
Reason: BT pole testing by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2044 Icknield Street, B4101 Dagnell End Road, A441 Birmingham Road, C2291 Redditch Road, C2291 Swan Street, C2001 Radford Road, C2001 Weatheroak Hill, C2042 Watery Lane, C2044 Lilley Green Road, C2044 Icknield Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day
Commencing: 26 May 2022.
(C2041 Lea Green Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: To close that part of C2041 Lea Green Lane from its junction with C2041 Station Road to its junction with U23458 Shawhurst Lane.
Reason: New duct instillation by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2041 Hollywood Lane, U23458 Shawhurst Lane, C2180 Alcester Road, C2041 Station Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days
Commencing: 25 May 2022.
The County of Worcester (Restricted Roads) (No.1) Order 1970 (Revocation) and (Various Roads, Majors Green, Wythall) (30 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
On 12 May 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Majors Green, Wythall to 30 miles per hour:
Truemans Heath Lane from its junction with Peterbrook Road for a distance of 80m in a westerly direction. Haslucks Green Road from the County Boundary in a southerly then generally westerly direction to where it meets Peterbrook Road at a point 38m south east of the junction with Truemans Heath Lane. Drawbridge Road for its entire length. Drawbridge Road Service Road for its entire length. Peterbrook Road from the County Boundary in a southerly direction to where it meets Haslucks Green Road at a point 38m south east of the junction with Truemans Heath Lane. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 2 June 2022.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting and No Stopping on entrance markings on Colts Lane, Fownhope Close & Kinnersley Close, Redditch)
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be:- to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Colts Lane (southeast side): From its junction with Fownhope Close for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction and a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction; from its junction with Kinnersley Close for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction and a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction. Fownhope Close (both sides): From its junction with Colts Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction. Kinnersley Close (both sides): From its junction with Colts Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction. Entrance road to Arrow Valley First School (both sides): From its junction with Colts Lane for a distance of 12 metres in a north-westerly direction.
And to prohibit stopping on entrance markings (School Keep Clear Marking) at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Colts Lane (northwest side): From a point 79 metres southwest of its junction with Lingen Close for a distance of 70 metres in a south-westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(U22203 Pumphouse Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U22203 Pumphouse Lane from its junction with C2060 Church Road for a distance of 120 metres in a westerly direction.
Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2060 Church Road, C2060 Curr Lane, C2045 Copyholt Lane, U22205 Banks Green, U22203 Angel Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days
Commencing: 20 June 2022.
