NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that WHEREAS on certain dates, certain streets or parts of streets will be thronged and liable to be obstructed by reason of:
STREET PARTIES
The St Helens Borough Council pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, do HEREBY ORDER AND DIRECT that in the said streets or parts of streets on the said dates shown on the attached PDF table. None of these Regulations shall apply to Emergency Vehicles when pursuing their duties in connection with an emergency.
