NEWSPAPER NOTICE NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE is hereby given that we, Exchange Events Ltd, Applied on 13/05/22 for a New Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Sabai Pavilion Big Top & Foyer, Orient 11 Car Park, Trafford Centre, Manchester, M17 8AA under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: provision of regulated entertainment and the sale of alcohol between the hours 18.00 to 23.00 Monday to Saturday & Bank Holidays and 17.00 to 21.00 on Sundays. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
