The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. Also required by section 5A of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 (as amended) as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building.
