Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Rios Brazilian Steakhouse Limited have applied for a new premises licence at 21-22 Golden Square Shopping Centre, Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 1TD. The licensable activities will be live music, recorded music, supply of alcohol Mon to Sat 10:00-01:00, Sun 10:00-23:00 and the provision of late night refreshment Mon to Sat 23:00-01:00. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 1UH or www.warrington.gov.uk by 16 June 2022. The application may be inspected at Warrington Borough Council during opening hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
