TRAFFIC ORDERS

Notice is hereby given that SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL proposes to make the following Orders under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be:

(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2021 (Variation No. 7) 2022. Ref: (ST&I/TRO/Cricklade Road
To revoke the 'No Waiting and No Loading 7am-9am and 12pm-2pm and 4pm-6pm, and the Bus stop clearway from Cricklade Road between Wilcox Close and Menham Close to be replaced with a revised 'No Waiting At Any Time', bus stop clearway and ziz zag markings at either side of a signalised crossing where stopping is prohibited.

(Rainscombe Road, Swindon) (One Way) Order 2022. Ref: (ST&I/TRO/Rainscombe Road)
restrict vehicles to proceeding in a one way direction only on Rainscombe Road from its junction with Salthrop Rise to the junction with Homington Avenue and prohibit entry into Rainscombe Road from its northernmost junction with Homington Avenue.

Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made completing the consultation form which can be found at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders under 'Stage 2 - Formal Consultation' under the reference quoted for each Order above by no later than 14 June 2022.
