Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence

Premises: MOST Bakery, 3 - 5 Cross Street, Altrincham, WA14 1EQ. Notice is given that Suzanne Claire Townley has applied to the Trafford Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the following licensable activities: sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) between the hours of 10:00 to 23:00 daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by [DATE 7 June 2022] to the Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Town Hall Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment. Alternatively, representations may be made by email to licensing@trafford.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine.
