Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, 184-186 Oxford Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7BE, applied to Warrington Borough Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol off the premises from the current hours of Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 to the proposed hours of Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.
