Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Name of applicant: Pitchfork & Provision Limited Address of premises: Castle Courtyard, rear of 113 Rhosmaen St, Llandeilo, SA19 6EN. It is proposed to licence these premises for the following:

Supply of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday 11:00-23:00. Live and Recorded Music : Wednesday to Sunday 12:00-22:30. The full application can be inspected at the Council Offices below on the following days and times:-Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:45am - 5:00pm; Fridays 08:45 - 4:30pm.
