HYSBYSIR drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu, ar ddiwedd y cyfnod isod, gwaredu'r tir a gyfeirir ato fel y tir oddi ar Erw Las, Dinbych, Sir Ddinbych sy'n oddeutu 0.35 erw ac sy'n rhan o fan agored a ddefnyddir at ddibenion hamdden cyhoeddus a mynediad ar gyfer tirfeddiannwr cyfagos. Cynigir defnyddio'r safle i ddarparu ffordd fynediad breifat ac ardaloedd cyfagos at ddefnydd tirfeddiannwr cyfagos.

Bydd cynllun o'r tir dan sylw yn cael ei gadw yn swyddfeydd Pennaeth y Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, AD a Democrataidd yn Neuadd y Sir, Ffordd Wynnstay, Rhuthun, Sir Ddinbych LL15 1YN am y cyfnod a nodir isod. Gellir gwneud cais am gopi o'r cynllun drwy anfon neges e-bost i

DISPOSAL OF LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council intends after the expiry of the period below to dispose of the land known as land off Erw Las, Denbigh, Denbighshire comprising to approximately 0.35 acres and which forms part of an open space used for the purposes of public recreation and for the purposes of access for an adjacent land owner. The proposed use of the site is to provide a private access road and adjacent areas for use by an adjacent land owner.

A plan of the said land will be kept at the offices of the Head of Legal HR and Democratic Services, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, Denbighshire LL15 1YN for the period mentioned below. A request for a copy of the plan may be made by e-mail to legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk.

Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to the Head of Legal HR and Democratic Services at the address below or may be made by e-mail to legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
