RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw un rhag achosi i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o York Road Deganwy o gefn York Road i Gannock Mews.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith ar ran Dwr Cymru. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr a cherbydau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd York Road i Gannock Road, troi i’r chwith i Gannock Park a pharhau i’w chyffordd â Gannock Road, i’r chwith i’r gyffordd â Ffordd Deganwy ac yna throi i’r chwith i ddiwedd y gwyriad tuag at y gyffordd â York Road. Ac yna’n groes i gerbydau sy’n dod i’r cyfeiriad arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 13 Mehefin 2022. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 7 diwrnod.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic)Order 2022

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in that length of York Road Deganwy from Back York Road to Gannock Mews.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works on behalf of Welsh Water. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via the unaffected section of York Road onto Gannock Road, turn left onto Gannock Park and continue to its junction with Gannock Road, left to the junction with Degnawy Road then turn left to proceed to the diversions end approaching the junction with York Road. Vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction.

The Order comes into effect on 13 June 2022. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 7 days.
