(WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2022


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1-3 and remove the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 4.

Copies of this notice, the draft Order and Plans may be inspected on the 'Highways Public Notices' page of the Council's website www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk.
Objections:
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made, should be sent in writing to Andrew Hunter, Executive Director of Place, Planning & Regeneration, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD or via email to highways.transport@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to be received by him no later than the 17th June 2022.

Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time


Broad Lane - North-western side - From a point 15 metres south-west of its junction with Sycamore Rise south-westwards for a distance of 127 metres.


Broad Lane -, South-eastern side - From a point 15 metres south-west of its junction with Sycamore Rise north-eastwards for a distance of 90 metres.


Sycamore Rise - North-eastern side - From a point 44 metres north-west of its junction with Broad Lane north-westwards for a distance of 42 metres.

Sycamore Rise = South-western side - From a point 75 metres north-west of its junction with Broad Lane north-westwards for a distance of 33 metres.

Broad Lane - South-eastern side - From a point 15 metres north-east of its junction with Brattain Court north-eastwards for a distance of 20 metres.


Broad Lane - North-western side - From a point 23 metres north-east of its junction with Martins Lane north-eastwards for a distance of 26 metres.


Martins Lane - East side - From a point 15 metres north of its junction with Quadrant Court southwards for a distance of 30 metres.


Martins Lane - West side - From a point 15 metres north of its junction with Northampton Close southwards for a distance of 30 metres.

Northampton Close - Both sides - From its junction with Martins Lane westwards for a distance of 15 metres.

No Waiting, 8am - 8pm


Brants Bridge - North-eastern side - From a point 70 metres north-west of its junction with Broad Lane north-westwards for a distance of 18 metres.

2 Hour Maximum Stay, 8am - 6pm, No Return Within 1 Hour


Brants Bridge - North-eastern side - From a point 117 metres north-west of its junction with Broad Lane north-westwards for a distance of 30 metres.
