Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians,
Public Footpath 25.8/11/1, Barton-Le-Street, Order 2021, No 348
Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 25.8/11/1, Barton-Le-Street, between grid reference SE71927765 & SE72887741 to allow the surface to recover following repairs to the river bank has been continued in force for a further 6 months until 28/11/22 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport.
The further continuation of the closure will be put into effect by notices & signs.
An alternative route will be signed on site.

Public Footpath No 25.57/2/1 Lillings Ambo, Order 2022, No. 164
We intend to make this order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath No 25.57/2/1 Lillings Ambo in the District of Ryedale, between grid reference SE64566386 & SE64376359 for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 09/06/22 & 08/12/22, due to works.
The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate.

Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking,
District of Ryedale, Amendment No Tbc, Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Ryedale) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedule:
Roads in the Town of Helmsley, Restriction - Waiting Limited to No Longer Than 20 Minutes, Return Prohibited Within 1 Hour Between The Hours of 9:00am & 6:30pm. Market Place, from the 6 parking bays on the western side of that part of the Market Place that lies to the south of The Black Swan Hotel extending southerly to the road linking Bridge Street & Church Street, & easterly to the back lane linking Market Place & Carlton Lane. Market Place, from the 4 parking bays on the southern side of that part of the Market Place that lies to the south of The Black Swan Hotel extending southerly to the road linking Bridge Street & Church Street, & easterly to the back lane linking Market Place & Carlton Lane.
Restriction - Parking Bay - No Waiting except by Residents of the Black Swan Hotel. Market Place, from the 3 parking bays on the eastern side of that part of the Market Place that lies to the south of The Black Swan Hotel extending southerly to the road linking Bridge Street & Church Street, & easterly to the back lane linking Market Place & Carlton Lane.
