Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Take notice that on 16/05/2022. BAD HABITS COFFEE BAR LIMITED made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises THE OLD BUTCHERS COFFEE SHOP

Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows:* - sale by retail of alcohol: MONDAY to SUNDAY between 12:00-22:30.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
