The County Council of Durham
(Hurworth Burn Road, Trimdon) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 13/5/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 1280 metres of Hurworth Bum Road, Trimdon, from the junction with the B1280 and the A19 to enable Durham County Council patching works to be undertaken. Alternative route from the south side of the closure via the B1280, and the A19 north, and vice versa.

The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 23/S/22 from 7.30am and are anticipated to be completed in 6 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
