NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Adrian Joseph Mcmain has applied in respect of Macs Grill opposite The Gate pub Blackwellgate DL1 5HG for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Provision of late night refreshments (i.e the supply of hot food and drink between 23:00hrs-4:00hrs from Monday-Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 07/6/22 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
