THE MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. WD-520 (PART, WELLAND (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. WD-521 (PART), WELLAND AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. WD-527, WELLAND PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017

On 6th May 2022, in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of the above Order, Malvern Hills District Council certified that there has been created to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council alternative highways for use as a replacement for the said footpaths.

The Diversion Order took effect on 6th May 2022
