Notice is given that Mr Mark Jefferson has applied to BCP Council for a Variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to:

The following qualifying club activities will be provided during the following times and start the 17th day of June 2022:
Live and Recorded Music (indoors) 08.00 23.30 Friday & Saturday

The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or on the councils website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
