Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, Unit 5, Shadsworth Enterprise Hub, Rothesay Road, Blackburn, BB1 2JA, applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to extend die permitted hours for the sale of alcohol off the premises from the current hours of Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 to the proposed hours of Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BBI 2LX, or by email to licensingteam@blackbum.gov.uk no later than 15 June 2022 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.blackburn.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
