Temporary Closure of Footpath BW 35/8

TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset propose to make an Order an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Footpath BW 35/8 from the junction with A 38 West Huntspill Road a easterly direction for approximately 500 metres to allow works to take place on the play ground. There will be an alternative running slightly to the south.
The Order will become effective on 31 May 2022 and will remain in force for six months, although the path is likely to reopen on June 28 2022.
