Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from East Anglia Environmental Services Limited for Retrospective planning permission for a composting facility to process 25,000 tpa of green waste to include the provision of weighbridge, 0.4ha of hardstanding for windrows and associated landscaping at Fairfields Farm, Fordham Road, Wormingford, Essex, CO6 3AQ - ESS/30/22/COL.
