Continuation of installation of waste pre-treatment facilities and recontouring of the landfill to facilitate restoration permitted by ESS/35/06/BAS without compliance with condition 4 (completion timescales), to allow waste to be deposited on site until 31 December 2025 and the site restored to nature conservation by 31 December 2027 and without compliance with condition 3 (waste geographical sources) to allow importation of waste from outside Essex and Southend and also without the development of the previously permitted waste pre-treatment facility, Pitsea Landfill, Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea, Basildon, SS16 4UH - ESS/49/14/BAS.
Notice is hereby given
that Essex County Council has granted the above planning application.

(Footpath 2, Blounts Wood, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section S14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order: To temporarily close part of Footpath 2, Blounts Wood, Hockley, in the District of Rochford from its junction with Footpath 1 for its entire length, for a distance of approximately 834 metres to its junction with B1013 High Road, Hockley.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 25 May 2022 to 25 November 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.
The closure is required on the grounds of a safety issue identified by Network Rail. The closure is for the safety of the public.
The Order will come into effect on 25 May 2022 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(A129 London Road, Billericay) (Soap Box Derby Charity Event) (Special Events) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 16 A-C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, has made the above Order to facilitate the Soap Box Derby Charity Event.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close the A129 London Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with the mini roundabout at Sun Street, west for a distance of approximately 600 metres to its junction with Western Road. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3 June 2022 for 1 day between the hours of 05:30am until 20:30pm or where appropriate signs are showing, and weather permitting and is required to facilitate the Soap Box Derby Charity Event.
The alternative route will be via High Street, Radford Way, Mountnessing Road and vice versa.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 3 June 2022 and may continue in force for 3 days unless extended by the Secretary of State.

(Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Roach Avenue to its junction with Woodlands Avenue for a distance of approximately 340m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30060133179 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Daws Heath Road, Eastwood Road, White House Chase and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Dry Street, Langdon Hills) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dry Street, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 70m northeast of its junction with Southway for a distance of approximately 390m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA76935330 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Roundacre New Roundabout, Laindon Link, Laindon Link Roundabout, Staneway, High Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Gardiners Lane North, Ramsden Crays) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gardiners Lane North, Ramsden Crays in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Bury Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 45m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th June 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWD2RT45H001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Great Eastern Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Great Eastern Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Gladstone Road to its junction with Southend Road a distance of approximately 40m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th June 2022 for 21 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001149896 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Leigh Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Furtherwick Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wamburg Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Orange Road for a distance of approximately 135m in a south easterly direction.
