(Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.12) Order 20**
Notice hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To remove the 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' restrictions on the following length of road, Burnham on Crouch in the District of Maldon as specified below:
Road Description
6 Coronation Road, Burnham on Crouch
North Side: From a point approximately 1.6 metres southwest of boundary of 6 and 8 for a distance of approximately 6.5 metres in north easterly direction.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ945 955 Revision 0 for Revision 1.

(Latchingdon Road, Cold Norton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Latchingdon Road, Cold Norton in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Willow Court for a distance of approximately 65m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30026131440 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Woodham Road, Lower Burnham Road, Fambridge Road, Cold Norton Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Witham Road, Tolleshunt Major) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Witham Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 120m north west of its junction with Tudwick Road for a distance of approximately 675m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th June 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2328557 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Witham Road, The Street, School Road, The Green, Beckingham Street, Mill Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
