BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.7 2022 (TRO-17-2022)


NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 11 May 2022 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended ("the Act") which when it comes into operation on 21 May 2022 will introduce the following:
New and extended lengths of double yellow lines (No waiting at any time), a new car club bay and a loading bay (Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm) in Moulsecoomb Way just east of the junction with Lewes Road.
A copy of this Notice, the Order as made and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/current-tros.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
