APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE CONSENT

An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture. Environment & Rural Affairs (DAERA) for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a discharge of site drainage into the Waterway arising from a shop/petrol station situated at 99 Irvinestown Road, Cherrymount, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, BT74 6NZ.
