Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that SHISH-ESSEXLOUNGE LIMITED has applied to the EppingForest District Council on 10 May 2022 for a new time limited premises licence for Shish Mezzi, Market Place, Abridge, Romford, RM4 lUA
The proposed application is to permit the provision of live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00 (following day) and late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 01:00 (following day) and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 01:00 on such con­ditions and such other times as set out in the application.
Any person who wish­es to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 7th June 2022 stating the grounds for mak­ing said representation to: Licensing Service, Epping Forest District Council Civic Offices, 323 High Street, Epping CM16 4BZ. Applications for premises licences may be inspected at this office during office hours or online at https://www.eppingforestdc.gov.uk/licensing/view-current-licensing-applications/ . The reg­ister of licensed premises is maintained at the licensing office address above.The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above, The licensing Authority will nave regard to any such representation in con­sidering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is of an unlimited
