Marchmont Development Management (MDM) is delighted to invite residents to public consultation events regarding the redevelopment of Holland House on Oxford Road in the Lansdowne area of Bournemouth, to be known as Oxford Gardens.

This is an exciting opportunity to turn an unused office into homes, workspace, and public realm in a landmark building at the gateway to Bournemouth town centre. The proposal is for 470 new homes for rent, approximately 510m2 of co-working space, a new public square and residential amenity space.
