THE COUNCIL BOROUGH OF ST HELENS (A570 RAINFORD BY-PASS) (REVOCATION AND. 40 MPH. 50 MPH AND 60 MPH SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 13th May 2022 St Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 84(1) and (2) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the aforesaid Act, made an Order, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedule shown on the attached PDF.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Act 1984 or that any requirements of the Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
