Premises Licence Application, Kiro Restaurant and Bar

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for Grant of Premises Licence Kiro restaurant and Bar have applied to St Helens Council for the grant of a premises Licence at premises Kiro Restaurant and bar, 4 Station Road Rainhill L35 0LL. The licensable activities which it has proposed will be carried out on the premises are restaurant/live performances venue to permit the sale of alcohol, Monday through to Sunday 12:00pm to 00:00. The licensing register of St Helens Council can be found at sthelens.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected at the councils address during normal office hours. Representation which shall be made in writing maybe made by a responsible authority or any other person to St Helens Borough Council to be revived by St Helens Borough Council by no later than 05/06//2022. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5000.
