Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of Ronald Frederick Brant late of 5 Uplands Park Road, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 8AU who died on the 29 December 2012 are required to send particulars in writing of their claims or interests to the undersigned by 25 October 2013 after which date the estate will be distributed amongst those entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
