THE SPINNEY, N21 -TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential utility works on The Spinney, N21, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (The Spinney, N21) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from entering or proceeding or waiting and loading on The Spinney, N21 from its junction with Church Hill service road fronting Nos. 29 to 55 to a point in line with Nos.10/12 and Nos.15/17 The Spinney, N21.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.

4. The prohibitions will come into operation on 23 May 2022 and will continue in force for 5 weeks or until works are completed. Access will be maintained for residents as far as the works allow.

5. Whilst the prohibitions are in operation the diversion route will be via Stone Hall Road, Houndsden Road, Wades Hill and into Broadfields Avenue.
