Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that About Black & Green Limited has applied to Bromsgrove District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Black & Green, 49 Hewell Road, Barnt Green, B45 8NL. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit sale of alcohol on and off the premises Mondays to Sundays 10:00 until 23:00; opening hours Mondays to Sundays to be 10:00am until 23:30 and late-night refreshment Mondays to Sundays 23:00 until 23:30. Also to permit an extension on New Years Eve as stated in the application. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received by email to enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk or in writing by Licensing Depart­ment Bromsgrove District Council, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, SYII 7WF no later than 7th June 2022 stating the grounds for represen­tation.
