Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting on Millfield Road, Bromsgrove]

On 5 May 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order with MODIFICATION the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and side of road in Bromsgrove:-

Millfield Road (south side) from the centrepoint of its junction with Highfields for a distance of 26m in an easterly direction and 6.5m in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

*NB Under this amendment the prohibition of waiting in an easterly direction is extended by 18m.

The Order will come into operation on 26 May 2022.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 [Limited Waiting on Broad Street, Bromsgrove]

On 5 May 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting 2 hours no return within 4 hours Mon-Sat 9am-5pm on the following lengths of road in Bromsgrove:-

Broad Street (east side) from a point 10m north of its junction with Providence Road for a distance of 13m in a northerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 26 May 2022.
