ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -MIDDLE STREET, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 18th May 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary prohibition of waiting at any time on Middle Street, Brighton from the existing double yellow opposite property no.66 - no.68 in a southerly direction for approximately 15 metres.

(b) The temporary prohibition of waiting at any time on Middle Street, Brighton from the existing double yellow opposite property no.66 - no.68 in a northerly direction for approximately 7 metres.

2. The Order is necessary to allow a pit lane for the loading and unloading of materials for a housing development

3. This Order comes into force on 18th May 2022 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
