Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Take notice that on 4th May 2022 we Wigginton Playing Fields Association of Mill Lane, Wigginton, YO32 2PY made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises Wigginton Playing Fields, Mill Lane, YO32 2PY. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk Representations must be received by no later than 1st June 2022 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. The proposed licensable activities are for a one day event on 4th June 2022 - live music, recorded music, performance of dance and sale by retail of alcohol 12:00-21:00. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
