LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Great Ryedale Maze, Sked Dale Sherburn, North Yorkshire, YO17 8QL.

Notice is given that JWTC Ltd has applied to Ryedale District Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable Activities are: For the Great Ryedale Maze from 14th July to 4th September for Sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales). Regulated entertainment such as plays, live and recorded music. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG. Representations must be received by 8th June. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
