Mercury Theatre Colchester, Licensing Application

Licensing Act 2003 Section 34 Notice is hereby given that Carol Rayner has applied in respect of the Mercury Theatre, Balkerne Gate, Colchester, CO1 1PT for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: New proposed licence boundary. This is to allow for occasional non amplified entertainment and activity in the area outside the theatre. All activity would be fully stewarded and not take place after 10pm. Predominantly activity would be weekend daytime. Any evening activity would be strictly limited to keep noise to a minimum and infrequent. On New Year's Eve, the sale of alcohol, recorded and live music shall be extended by one hour to 01:00.
