Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 40/22/00002: Castle Meadow, Castle Hill, Over Stowey, Bridgwater TA5 1ET. Erection of single storey extensions to the side (East) & rear (South) elevations, partially on site of existing conservatory (to be demolished). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 45/22/00013
: The Cottage, Pightley Road, Spaxton, Bridgwater TA5 1AQ. Replacement of existing internal staircase. This application affects a listed building. Application No. 37/22/00017: Warren House, Petherton Park, Petherton Park Lane, North Petherton, Bridgwater TA7 0DT. Change of use from agricultural to equestrian, erection of an equestrian building, formation of equestrian arena, raising of site ground level. This proposal is a major development & may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 09/22/00017:
Bower Farm, Bower Lane, Bridgwater, TA6 4TY. Variations of Condition 4 of Planning Permission 09/17/00031 (Outline planning permission, with some matters reserved, for the erection of 260no. dwellings, associated infrastructure including a new roundabout, on site of existing buildings & structures (to be demolished).) to amend the timing trigger of the roundabout. This proposal is a major development.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the above applications should do so in writing by 07/06/2022, quoting the application number.
